The company runs on spreadsheets and email
Client data lives in a spreadsheet, agreements in an inbox, deadlines in someone's head. A custom application pulls it all into one place and keeps things in order for you.
Custom applications
Instead of bending your company to fit off-the-shelf software, we build the tool around the way it actually works.
When it makes sense
If any of these sound like your company, it's worth a conversation.
Client data lives in a spreadsheet, agreements in an inbox, deadlines in someone's head. A custom application pulls it all into one place and keeps things in order for you.
Subscriptions keep adding up, and you use a fraction of what each product offers. One tool with exactly the features you need often costs less than the sum of those subscriptions.
Your company works differently than the software vendor assumed. Instead of bending the process to fit the tool, we design the tool around the process.
What we build
We've built each of these for real companies — below we describe the types of solutions, without naming clients.
An availability calendar and bookings taken straight from your website, with no portal commissions.
Among others, we've built a booking engine with an occupancy calendar and a booking system for event equipment.
One dashboard with clients, tasks and documents — speaking the language of your industry.
Among others, we've built management dashboards for an accounting office and a training company, and a vehicle rental panel.
Change prices, copy and photos on your website without calling a developer.
Among others, we've built a system for editing website content yourself (a CMS).
A quote or contract is produced from a ready template — always with current data, no manual copy-pasting.
Among others, we've built a PDF quote and contract generator.
We connect the tools you already use, so data is entered once — automation carries the rest.
Example: an enquiry from your website form lands straight in the CRM, with no retyping.
Your client logs in and checks the status of their case, documents or bookings on their own.
Example: a portal where clients download documents and check their booking details themselves.
How we work
You'll see the first working version within a few weeks, and you pay stage by stage — after accepting each working part.
We break your process down to basics: who does what, and when. The workshop produces a list of the features that are genuinely needed.
Before any decision to build, you click through a prototype and check whether the workflow makes sense.
We start with the feature that takes the most work off your plate. The next ones follow once the first is already doing its job.
After launch we stay on: fixes, backups and new features as the company grows.
Technology
You don't need to know how to code — these few points cover what matters.
FAQ
We prepare each quote individually after a process workshop. Larger systems are priced in stages — you pay for each working part as it's delivered, not for everything up front.
Ownership and licensing are agreed in the contract before work starts — they depend on the billing model you choose. Whatever the model, your company's data always remains yours, and we'll export it for you on request.
We stay with you. Hosting, backups and fixes are covered by ongoing care, and larger extensions are quoted as new stages. The exact scope of care is set out in the quote.
Usually yes — if the software offers an API or a data export, we can connect to it. We check this during the process workshop, before you make any decision about building.
