Privacy policy

Effective from 19 July 2026. This page explains, in plain terms, what data we collect on vossibility.com, why we collect it and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Andrzej Ozimski Vossibility, Róż 7, Nowe Bielice, Poland, VAT ID (NIP) 4990695611.

For any matter concerning your personal data, write to contact@vossibility.com.

2. What data we process

  • Contact form data: your name, e-mail address, phone number (if you provide one) and the content of your message.
  • Server logs: IP address, date and time of the request, browser information — collected automatically by the hosting infrastructure.
  • Analytics cookies — only after you give consent in the cookie banner.

Providing your details in the form is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we won't be able to reply to your inquiry.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

  • Responding to your inquiry and handling further correspondence — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Website visit statistics — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Data recipients

We share data only with providers that help us run this website:

  • Web3Forms — processing of contact form submissions.
  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting provider; servers located in the EU/EEA wherever possible.
  • Google Ireland Ltd. — the Google Analytics tool, used only after you consent to analytics cookies.

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on to other parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention periods

  • Form correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up conversation about working together.
  • Server logs are stored for the periods defined by the hosting provider's settings.
  • Data from analytics cookies is stored for the periods set in the Google Analytics configuration.

6. Your rights

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:

  • access your data and obtain a copy of it,
  • rectify (correct) your data,
  • have your data erased,
  • restrict processing,
  • object to processing,
  • data portability,
  • lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (PUODO).

To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@vossibility.com.

7. Cookies

On your first visit, we show a cookie banner where you can accept or reject analytics cookies.

Until you give consent, no analytics cookies are stored — everything is rejected by default.

You can change your choice at any time by clicking the Cookie settings link — here or in the website footer.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when the tools this website relies on change.

The current version is always available at vossibility.com/en/privacy-policy, and the effective date appears at the top of the document.
